WHO IS GENERAL KİMYA?
General
Kimya, a sales company having its head office in İzmit, was founded in 2001.
It deals with maintenance chemicals and conducts production, research,
development and sales activities in its own facilities.
Acting in
six regions of Turkey, the company tries its best to give support with its
Operations, Human Resources, Customer Services and Training Departments and
Field Sales Inspectors to Sales Consultants affiliated to 5 Regional
Directorates and also observes its reflections on our customers.
Our
mission is to find permanent solutions for chemical problems by considering
environment and human health. As it is known, sales is a complete process
with service. Some of our essential missions with after sales service are;

The
company uses different methods to pace with the rapid changes in the world
and ongoing innovations in technology and to meet the new expectations of
people, which are originated by the concept of sales. Being aware of the
fact that it is time to invest on human resource, the company has a large
organisation within the frame of institutional structure.

company tries hard to give quality service with a large group of vehicles,
trained and friendly personnel. Sales consultants are trained by our
Training Executives, organised by the Regional Directors and controlled by
the Field Inspectors. We provide service with professional staff having
perfect discipline in labour.

Education is a comprehensive concept comprising a long process. Our staff certainly takes the first place in our policy of continuous development and improvement. From the point of “Education forever”, our existing trainings are continuously developed and backed with the new ones in accordance with the requirements of modern technology.
Newly recruited sales consultants undergo a series of training including observation, product recognition, demo, regional control, customer creation and sales techniques. Each personnel is subject to periodical training on company culture, institutional structure, sales technique, travel and discovery of success, positive thinking, body language, motivation, marketing, planning, management of time, communication, customer-orientation and personal development. Quality works are performed by the trained personnel. |
